JUDGMENT
The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of Ext.P1 application put in under Section 28A(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P1 application with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition with the judgment before the second respondent for compliance. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
