JUDGMENT
Petitioner approached the second respondent by Ext.P3 appeal feeling aggrieved by promotion granted to the junior in the post of Headmaster. Petitioner requests for an early disposal of Ext.P3.

In the light of the above, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider Ext.P3 after adverting to Ext.P4 judgment, if it is otherwise applicable and also affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till then, interim order passed by this Court will continue.
The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
