JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.
2. This writ petition has been field by the petitioner alleging police harassment. It is submitted that petitioner's son, Sri.Badranathan has married a girl, Ameena Nazar, with the consent of petitioner's family. It is stated that both the parties fall in different religions. The marriage has already been registered under the Tamil Nadu Registration of Marriages Act, 2009. It is alleged that petitioner and his family members are being harassed by the respondents at the instance of family members of Ameena Nazar.
3. Learned Government Pleader on instructions submitted that a man missing case has been registered and on account of which police has made enquiry and no action of harassment is made. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's son and his wife are ready to appear
WP(C) No. 7040 of 2015 -:2:- before the 1st respondent to enable them to be produced before the Magistrate concerned. We do not find any case of police harassment. We, however, observe that in the event petitioner's son and his wife appear before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent shall take steps for their production before the Magistrate concerned.
