J U D G M E N T
The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation preferred by the petitioner, within a stipulated time.
2. I have heard Sri.M.R.Sarin Panicker, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri.Sudheesh Kumar.S., the learned Government Pleader for the 1st respondent as also Sri.C.V.Alexander, the learned Standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3. In the nature of the orders that I am proposed to pass, I do not keep it necessary to issue notice to the 4th respondent.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation, preferred by the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
