J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-issuance of a grant of permit for reason of non-settlement of timings. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, the timing conference is scheduled on 24.03.2015 and all endeavour would be made to settle the timings on that date itself. In any event, the timings shall be settled within a period of two months from that date and the permit shall be issued.

The writ petition is disposed of.
