JUDGMENT
1. The petitioners are employers, who seek consideration of the applications, filed under Rule 26A of the Kerala Head Load Workers Rules, 1981, which are produced at Exts.P2 to P2(5).
2. The petitioners seek to appoint the applicants in Ext.P2 series as the regular Head Load Workers in their establishment. Since the prayer is confined to consideration, the respondent Authority shall consider the same with due notice as provided under the Act and Rules, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment.
Writ petition is disposed off.
