No representation for the petitioner. I notice that there was no representation for the petitioner on the previous occasions also, when this matter was posted. The 5th respondent is represented through counsel. According to the 5th respondent, this writ petition was filed challenging the allotment of a ration wholesale depot to the 5th respondent. According to the 5th respondent, he has abandoned the same and the wholesale depot is being conducted by a third party. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. The learned Government Pleader endorses the above submission. Above being the position, it is obvious that the petitioner is no longer interested in this writ petition. This writ petition is therefore, dismissed as infructuous.
