J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks regularisation in service on the basis of Ext.P2 Government Order and Ext.P3 judgment reported in Suresh Kumar v. State of Kerala [2013 (2) KLT 258]. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P4 representation which is pending consideration with the first respondent.

2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
