JUDGMENT
The petitioners have approached this Court with the following prayers :
"(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction, directing the respondent to consider the application Ext. P3 and Ext. P3(a) and to waive the debt of the petitioners and pass orders as expeditiously;
(ii) Issue such other relief which may be deemed fit and proper on the facts and circumstance of the case; and (iii) Allow this writ petition (civil) with costs.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent as well.
3. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Commission to consider and pass final orders on Exts. P3/P3(a) applications in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and to the concerned Banks, who are not in the party array, at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
