JUDGMENT

Aggrieved by the denial of approval of appointment of the petitioner as Sewing Teacher in an aided School, the 4th respondent-Manager approached the Deputy Director of Education, Kozhikode by Ext.P5.

2. The only relief sought for is an early disposal of Ext.P5. The petitioner submits that there is a sanctioned post of Sewing Teacher (F.T.) as per Ext.P1 and all objections are untenable.

3. In view of the pendency of Ext.P5, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P5 after hearing the petitioner and the Manager within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner is free to produce any other material to substantiate her claim for approval, including any judgment of this Court. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
