J U D G M E N T

the petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order commanding the 1st respondent to complete the adjudication as directed in Exhibit P6 judgment of the District Court, Thiruvananthapuram in CMA No.101/2014 as expeditiously as possible at any rate within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ii) to grant such other further reliefs as are necessary in the interests of justice. "

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that despite remanding the matter by the District Court as per Ext.P6 verdict, the matter is still to be considered and finalised by the first respondent/District Collector, which made the petitioner to approach this Court.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

4. After hearing both the sides, this Court finds that the matter requires to be finalised within the shortest possible time. There will be a direction to the first respondent/ District

W.P.(C)No. 7349 OF 2015 Collector to give effect to Ext.P6 verdict and to finalise the proceedings at the earliest, at any rate, within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of a copy of the judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the first respondent for further steps. The writ petition is disposed of.
