JUDGMENT
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent not to remove the bunk shop of the petitioner and for other reliefs.
2. Heard both the sides. This writ petition has been filed as early as on 10-05-2012. No interim order has been passed by this Court preventing the removal of the bunk shop.
3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the bunk shop in question had been removed by the petitioner himself during the pendency of this writ petition.
