JUDGMENT

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner Association and the learned State Attorney.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the Construction Workers Supervisors Association. Members of the said Association are construction workers.

3. On 23-12-2014, one K.V. Vijayan was attacked by two persons belonging to the 4 th respondent Union. Complaints were filed before the Sub Inspector of Police, Cheruthuruthy, and crime has been registered by the police as Crime No. 1238 of 2014 against the said persons.

4. Learned State Attorney submitted that with regard to

W.P. ( C) No. 7387 of 2015 the incident referred to in the Writ Petition, appropriate action has already been taken and there is no reason to issue any general direction as prayed for. He submits that in any event, with regard to individual matters, if there is any grievance or complaint, it shall be open for the members of the association to submit such complaints.

5. After having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and having perused the records, we are of the view that no such general direction can be issued as prayed for. We. however, observe that with regard to any individual incident, it is always open for the aggrieved persons to seek such recourse as permissible under law.
