JUDGMENT

Ext.P1 order passed in an enquiry under Section 66 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act has been challenged in Ext.P2 appeal. The appeal filed under Section 83D of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Act is pending with the first respondent. The petitioner has applied for stay of operation of Ext.P1 order in Ext.P2 appeal filed.

I direct the first respondent to consider the petitions for stay in Ext.P2 appeal with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
