JUDGMENT

Petitioner is working as Assistant Grade I General in Trivandrum Regional Office of the first respondent. By Ext.P1, petitioner has been transferred to District Office, Kottayam. Petitioner submits that he has been transferred overlooking Transfer Policy Guidelines. Petitioner filed Ext.P4 representation before the General Manager. Petitioner also submits that Ext.P4 was considered and rejected without any reason. Thus petitioner has approached this Court.

This Court is of the view, petitioner's grievance shall be considered by the General Manager on merits. Till a decision is taken by the General Manager, interim order will continue. Petitioner shall be given an opportunity of being heard. Needful shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
