JUDGMENT
The limited prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders Ext.P3 representation.
2. The petitioner is a resident of Pattiam Grama Panchayat. He is aggrieved by the refusal of the Government to effect division of the Pattiam Grama Panchayat. The petitioner submits that he has filed several representations before the first respondent, but no action has been taken so far. According to the petitioner, Ext.P3 representation is now pending consideration. As the limited prayer of the petitioner is only for a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3, this Court is of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of without issuing notice to the respondent. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of
WPC No.7486/2015 2 directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 representation, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard, at the earliest.
