JUDGMENT

The petitioners are aggrieved with the non consideration of transfer of permit application jointly made by them. The learned Government Pleader submits that the same would be placed in the next RTA meeting. However, the petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that the RTA meetings are not regularly convened and would be convened only in a gap of eight months. In such circumstances, if an RTA meeting is not convened within six weeks from today, then the matter shall be placed for consideration of the RTA by circulation, as provided under Rule 130 of the Kerala Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.

The writ petition is disposed of.
