It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the issues raised in the writ petition were a fallout of the disputes that existed between the petitioner and the then Manager of the School. Ext.P7 is produced by the petitioner to show that the erstwhile Manager has been replaced by another Manager with whom the petitioner has cordial relations. It is the submission of counsel for the petitioner that in the light of the change in the Manager, the petitioner does not wish to prosecute the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
