JUDGMENT
The petitioner challenged an order issued on the allegation of malpractice conducted in an examination. The petitioner was debarred from appearing for any examination before May, 2010. By interim order dated 07.04.2010, this Court allowed the petitioner to appear for the semester examinations of B.Tech Mechanical Engineering commencing from 01.05.2010, in consonance with the order passed by the University. Nothing survives in the writ petition. The writ petition would stand dismissed as infructuous.
