JUDGMENT
A.M.Shaffique, J Petitioners claim that their marriage was solemnized as per religious rites. The complaint of the petitioners is that the 5 th respondent who is the uncle of the first petitioner, having high political influence, was against their marriage and they apprehend threat from the 5 th respondent. Complaints were given to the police, since no action has been taken in the matter, they approached this Court by filing this Writ Petition.
2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that though enquiries were made by respondents 1 and 2 in the address given by the petitioners, they could not be

3. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, we do not think a direction as sought for is required to be passed in this case. However, we observe that if there is any threat from any person, it shall be open for the petitioners to approach the local police who shall look into the matter and do the needful.
