JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers :

(i) To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 3rd respondent to take up Exhibit P1 and decide it afresh in accordance with the 2nd respondent's order as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

(ii) Grant such other and further reliefs as the petitioners may pray for and this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case; (iii) Award the cost of the petitioner in this proceedings.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well, who submits that pursuant to the remand ordered as per Ext. P3 by the second respondent, the matter is now pending consideration before the 3rd respondent. It is stated that the matter will be caused to reconsidered by the third respondent at the earliest.

3. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to finalize the proceedings forming subject matter of Ext. P3, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition before the third respondent for further steps.
