J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"i) Call for records relating to Exhibits-P1 to P5; ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order or direction, directing the respondent to dispose of Ext-P5 petition in a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and consequently directing the respondent to issue no objection certificate as prayed for therein; iii) Pass such other and further orders as are deemed fit and necessary in the interests of justice."

Heard the learned Government Pleader as well. 3.

Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any. It shall be done, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'six weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

WP(c). No.7648 of 2015 The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the respondent for further steps.
