J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"i) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents 1 and 2 to consider Ext.P5 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass orders thereon within such time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ii) issue such other orders, writs or directions as are deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court.

iii) award cost of this proceedings to the petitioners." 2.

Heard the learned Government Pleader as well. 3.

Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any. It shall be done, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

WP(c). No.7667 of 2015 The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 2nd respondent for further steps.
