JUDGMENT

The petitioner was a conductor in the services of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. But then his services were terminated after disciplinary proceedings evidenced by Ext P1 order. The petitioner seeks compassionate allowance relying on Raghavan V.N. v. State of Kerala and Others [2012 (2) ILR 190].

The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext. P2 application with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext. P2 application with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of.
