JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the grievance of the petitioner projected in the writ petition has also been highlighted by way of Ext.P2 which is pending consideration before the second respondent. It is stated that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law in the light of Ext.P1 and such other materials.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to adjudicate the issue on merits.

4. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 representation preferred by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

W.P.(C).No.7685 of 2015 Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment, along with a copy of the writ petition, before the second respondent, for further steps.

Sd/- P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON, JUDGE.
