JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non consideration of the applications for regular permit as also the temporary permit.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that, RTA meeting is scheduled to be convened on 08.04.2015 when the regular permit application would be placed and considered. As to the temporary permit application, there is a rejection made for reason of there being no urgent need.

3. In the above circumstances, the regular permit application filed by the petitioner shall be placed in the next RTA

WP(C).7725/15 meeting on 08.04.2015.

The writ petition is disposed of, recording the submission of the Learned Government Pleader.
