JUDGMENT

The petitioner was granted with a regular permit on 30.10.2014. He is aggrieved by the delay caused in the issuance of the same. Considering the fact that five months have elapsed from the grant, the Secretary, RTA shall endeavour to settle the timings, after due notice and by convening a proper timing conference, within a period of three months from today failing which, the permit shall be issued on the proposed timings subject, however, to finalization of timings, in a properly convened timing conference.

Writ petition disposed of.
