JUDGMENT

All that the petitioner prays is for easy instalments to pay the amount due and to defer the coercive steps in the meanwhile. I permit the petitioner to pay the amount due in eight equal monthly instalments starting from 24.03.2015. 2.

The coercive steps initiated by the third respondent shall be put on hold if the petitioner complies with the conditions in time. The coercive steps shall surge ahead if the petitioner commits default in the payment of any one of the instalments. 3.

The respondents are free to apply for review of the judgment if aggrieved by the instalment facility granted. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
