JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the Manager of an aided school. Petitioner issued a statutory notice under Section 7(6) of the Kerala Education Act to close down the school. The petitioner submits that he is entitled to close down the school in the light of Exts.P3 and P4 judgments. The petitioner has already moved the Director of Public Instructions by Exts.P1 and P5. The only request made before this Court is for an early disposal of Exts.P1 and P5.

2. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the Director of Public Instructions to consider Exts.P1 and P5, after adverting to Exts.P3 and P4 judgments of this Court. Needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with the copy of judgment before the respondent, for compliance.
