JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed Ext.P3 application for regular permit on the modified route. This is pursuant to the order of remand in Ext. P2 judgment. The first respondent has not hitherto included the item in the agenda for the meeting slated on 06.04.2015.

I direct the second respondent to include the consideration of Ext. P3 application also in the agenda. Ext. P3 application shall be considered on merits in the meeting slated on 06.04.2015. Ext. P5 judgment as regards the grant of temporary permit shall also be dealt with.
The writ petition is disposed of.
