J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction compelling the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exhibit P-1 after affording an opportunity of being heard the petitioner.

(ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction compelling the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner for leveling his property mentioned in Ext.P-1.

(iii) Issue such other writ, order, or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper while considering the peculiar circumstances of the case."

Heard the learned Government Pleader as well. 3.

Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case. After hearing both sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1, in accordance with law. It shall be done, as expeditiously

WP(c). No.7915 of 2015 as possible, and at any rate, within a period of 'six weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition before the 1st respondent for further steps.
