JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to respondents to permit the petitioner to pump water for washing ordinary sand. Ext.P1 is issued as early as on 23.04.2007. Going by the averments in the writ petition, it is clear that the issue involved in the writ petition would have become infructuous by this time.

Accordingly, I dismiss this writ petition as infructuous.
