J U D G M E N T

--------------------------- The petitioner retired as Farm Manager grade I from the Kerala Agricultural University on 31.10.2013. The petitioner approached this Court on account of delay in disbursing pensionary benefits due to him.

The learned Standing Counsel for the Agricultural University submits that due to the paucity of funds, they are unable to disburse the pension arrears benefits petitioners. . 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondents to disburse the pensionary benefits due to the petitioner within a period of five months from today. It is open for the University to pay the entire amount in monthly instalment or in lumpsum within the time stipulated as above. If the University fails to

W.P.(C).No.7929 of 2015 disburse the amount within the time stipulated as above, it will carry interest at the rate of 6% from the date of default. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
