J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to extend adequate protection for construction of the building as per Ext.P5 building permit.
2. This Court has already granted an interim order dated 26.4.2013. Learned Government Pleader submits that the interim order has been complied with and the writ petition for all practical purposes has rendered infructuous.
