Dated this the 12th day of March, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioner who is faced with revenue recovery proceedings, has filed Ext.P3 revision petition before the 1st respondent, against Ext.P2 demand notice that was served on him. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders in the revision petition, and to keep the recovery steps initiated against him in abeyance, till such time as orders are passed by the 1st respondent on Ext.P3 revision petition.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 revision petition within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
