JUDGMENT

The petitioner's grievance in the writ petition is that, he is not being issued with a copy of the Purchase Certificate, which he has obtained in O.A. No.11330 of 1975, in which the Land Tribunal, Ottappalam had passed an order, granting the said Purchase Certificate.

2. The learned Government Pleader had initially submitted that the file could not be traced out. However, now it is submitted that the file is traced out and the same would be issued, if the petitioner files a proper application. In such circumstance, if the petitioner files an application within a week from today, the needful shall be done within three weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of.
