JUDGMENT
A.M.Shaffique, J.
Petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection alleging that there is threat to the life of the petitioner, her mother and her minor child from the 4 th respondent and his men. It is inter alia submitted that the 4 th respondent was not known to the petitioner and he claims that there was financial transaction between the father of the petitioner and the 4 th respondent. He had come to the petitioner's house on 3-3-2015, 4-3-2015 and 5-3-2015 and he had threatened to come again on 11-3-2015 with goondas. Petitioner submitted that she had given Exts. P1 and P2 complaints before the police seeking police protection. Since no action has taken in the matter, she has approached this Court .

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions,
W.P.C. No. 7970 of 2015 - U submitted that the incident alleged was solitary in nature. There had been no further threat. Petitioner's father is residing at Chennai. On the basis of the complaint, a crime has been registered against the 4 th respondent and police is keeping a constant vigil on the 4 th respondent.
In view of the fact that crime has already been registered against the 4 th respondent , we see no necessity to issue any direction as prayed for. However, we only observe if there is any threat to the life of the petitioner, the petitioner can approach the police and the police shall look into the matter and do the needful. This Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
