JUDGMENT

The petitioner's only prayer is for consideration of Ext.P2 objection filed in objection to the settlement of timings of the 2nd respondent. If Ext.P2 has been received in original before the authority then the same shall be considered when the settlement of timings with respect to the 2nd respondent, is proceeded with.
