The petitioner has two fold request before this Court in this writ petition. The first is for availing the benefit of 'One Time Settlement' facility as per the Circular No.2/2015 and second is for consideration of Ext.P8 representation submitted by him before the 1st respondent against the future tax on account of the fact that, the petitioner has dismantled the vehicle.
2. In respect of the first prayer, the alleged due is after 01.10.2011. Therefore, the petitioner is not entitled for the benefit as per the terms of Circular No.2/2015. In respect of the second prayer, the petitioner's request as per Ext.P8 shall be considered by the 1st respondent, after issuing notice to the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for compliance.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
