JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, CJ.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondents 3 and 4, in view of the order, which is being passed.

2. The petitioner has come up with the Writ Petition seeking police protection. The petitioner's case is that there is already adjudication before the Civil Court and a decree was passed in favour of the petitioner's husband. Allegations have been made regarding an incident that took place on 8.2.2015 with regard to which a complaint has also been filed by the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that on a complaint and counter complaint,

WP(C).8041/15 crimes were registered. It is submitted that the above was only a solitary incident and there is no law and order situation or any kind of threat as on date. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that after filing the Writ Petition, no such incident has taken place.

In the above view of the matter, we close the Writ Petition.
