J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks for consideration of a temporary permit application.

2. The learned Government Pleader on instruction submits that, the route in which the temporary permit was sought for was not clear and a clarification was sought for from the petitioner. The application did not indicate an intermediate point in the route Paravalavu, which was however shown in the proposed timings. That was why, a clarification was sought. It is submitted that, there are two routes and it was not specified even in the clarification as to what was the route on which the petitioner intended to traverse. In such circumstance, the petitioner would be entitled to clarify the route, in which the petitioner wishes to apply for the temporary permit before the authority.

W.P.(C) No.8043 of 2015 - E Leaving open such liberty, the writ petition would stand closed.
