The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of the regular permit application as also the delay in consideration of Temporary permit application. The petitioner contends that at least temporary permit application be considered and that he may be allowed to operate in the route and it would save him from keeping the vehicle idle. The regular permit application was submitted on 17.11.2014 and the enquiry report-Ext.P2 also speaks of no overlap on the notified route, is the contention of the petitioner.
2. The learned Government Pleader, on instruction, submits that both the applications are placed in the RTA meeting which is scheduled on 24.03.2015 since the KSRTC also has to be heard. If regular permit is granted, then, definitely the Secretary, RTA shall take

up the temporary permit application and grant it on the vacant time proposed by the petitioner herein, within a week thereafter. However, if the meeting is adjourned, then the Secretary, RTA shall take up the temporary permit application and consider it after hearing the KSRTC within two weeks therefrom.
Writ petition is disposed of.
