J U D G M E N T

The petitioner's prayer is for consideration of a variation application. The petitioner contends that, there was in fact, a RTA meeting, on 16.03.2015 and the items which were not considered therein were adjourned to 06.04.2015. The petitioner seeks that the petitioner's variation application may be considered on 06.04.2015.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits that, the petitioner's variation application was never posted on 16.03.2015, since, the Field Officer's report is still awaited. Only those matters adjourned from 16.03.2015 has now been posted in the meeting of the RTA scheduled on 06.04.2015. In the context of the Field Officer's report not having been obtained the same shall be expedited and the petitioner's variation application shall be considered in

W.P.(C) No.8085 of 2015 - T accordance with law at a meeting of the RTA if possible within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
