JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved with Ext.P1 order which declined registration of the vehicle for reason of the height of the body, being above that prescribed under Rule 93 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989. Since Ext.P10 is an appealable order, this Court declines exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The contentions of the petitioner are left open.

The writ petition stands closed.
