JUDGMENT

The petitioner was earlier a conductor in the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. But his services were terminated consequent to disciplinary proceedings initiated by the respondents. The petitioner now seeks compassionate allowance in the light of the decision in Raghavan V. N. v. State of Kerala & Others [2012(2) ILR (Kerala) 190].

The petitioner has submitted P5 representation with the first respondent seeking disbursement of compassionate allowance, provident fund and staff welfare fund amount. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext. P5 representation as well as Ext. P3 representation filed earlier with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of.
