When this writ petition was taken up for hearing, it was noticed that the connected W.P.(C).No.14276 of 2005, where the award passed by the Industrial Tribunal was impugned, has already been disposed by recording the submission of counsel for the petitioner therein that he did not wish to prosecute the matter as the parties had already settled the matter out of Court. In the light of the disposal of W.P.(C).No.14276 of 2005, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition, and hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
