The petitioner seeks regularisation in the services of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. The petitioner contends that he has been working as a provisional machinist for long. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext. P3 representation and places reliance on Ext. P2 Government Order as regards regularisation.
2.
I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
