JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks temporary permit in the defaulted vacancy of a regular service. Ext.P1 application filed in this regard is pending consideration with the respondent. 2.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application with notice to the petitioner and other parties interested. The needful shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
