The prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to count the petitioner's service under the 4th respondent for all his service benefits.
The petitioner has approached this Court as against the orders of the Assistant Registrar in Exts.P5 and P8, even when there is a statutory remedy available for him before the Cooperative Arbitration Court under section 69 of the Cooperative Societies Act. Therefore, this writ petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the statutory forum for appropriate reliefs.
