J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has been granted variation in the regular permit as per Ext.P1. Timings in the varied route, are yet to be settled. The petitioner submits that though a timing conference was scheduled on 12.03.2015, by Ext.P2, it is deferred without assigning reason. The next timing conference will be on 08.04.2015. Definitely, the revision of timings shall also be considered in accordance with law, at the said timing conference. If the timing is not settled on that date, then the proposed timings shall be issued, but subject to finalisation in a properly convened timing conference.

Writ petition is disposed of.
